Lagadapati’s earlier Survey Indicates Victory for Prajakutami

Hyderabad, Dec.7 : Though the exit polls conducted by major agencies indicated that TRS will get clear majority in Telangana, the Survey earlier conducted by former Congress M P, Lagadapati Rajagopal has said that the TRS is likely to get only 35 seats, while the Praja Front will bag 65 seats.
Lagadapati released the survey results to the media this evening after the end of polling in the State . He predicted that BJP might get seven seats and 8 to10 Independents are likely to win. Of the 12 seats contested by the TDP, two Independents would win. He said that TDP would get seven seats.
Lagadapati said that money played a major role in Telangana elections and the amount involved was unprecedented. He also said that the figures might change depending on the voting percentage.
It maybe mentioned that Lagadapati’s survey kicked up a controversy, as he hada ctually congratulated TRS leader KTR, saying that the party is likely to get 66 seats. He later changed the figures, provoking KTR to allege that Lagadapati did it due to pressures from TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu.
