KCR ANNOUNCES VAJPAYEE’s MEMORIAL IN HYDERABAD

Hyderabad, Sept 27 (Munsif News): Caretaker Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao has announced to earmark one acre of land for construction of statue, Memorial, and Museum of former Prime Minister Late Atal Behari Vajpayee in Hyderabad city .

this was declared by the him in the Council while moving the condolence motion in respect of Atal Behari Vajapayee,he said already instructions have been given to the officials for identifying the suitable land.

He recalled the services of late Atal Behari Vajpayee to the nation as the Parliamentarian, Opposition leader and as the Prime Minister of the country, he said that he was a great statesman who has brought name and fame to the country at International level, he added that he was the great orator and poet. He has sacrificed his entire life for the cause of the nation and the people, he said when he was the Prime Minister, several developmental schemes for the poor has been brought which is still landmark achievement such as Grameena Sadak Yojana, which has changed the face of the villages in the entire country, Kargil War, Pokran Nuclear Test etc are some which has taken the country on development and prestige of the Nation.. similar in his period only MMTS has been started. He said that Atal Behari Vajpayee was respected even by the opponents in Parliaments, he said that he has opportunity to meet him on the issue of injustice being met to the Telangana in combined state,

The Caretaker Chief Minister said that when late Atal Behari Vajpayee made a 53 minutes first speech in Parliament in the year 1957, Pandit Jawahar lal Nehru Prime Minister at that time said that one day Vajpayee will become the Prime Minister of the country, this has come true and he became Prime Minister 3 times. He said that Atal Behari Vapayee has praised the then Prime Minister Indira Gandhi as Kali Matha after Bangla Desh became Independent country, on the issue of Kashmir, as the Opposition leader, Vajpayee has represented the country in Geneva Talks.
