Hyderabad, Oct.11 : A Japanese delegation led by Kosuke and RubinTaguchi today met the GHMC and Public Health Officials and discussed the ways of Management and disposal of Solid Waste materials.
The visitors presented Technologies for Solid Waste Management for Composting Such as RAX Screw Type composting, Ultra Blackhole at Engineering In Chief Public Health Office.

Miyoshi City Dy.Mayor met Dy Mayor Baba Fasiuddin. “The Hyderabad city has developed a lot compared to last visit about five year ago”, said Masaki Takaoka, Dy Mayor, Miyoshi City, Japan.
As a curtesy call, the Dy Mayor of Miyoshi City, visited GHMC and met Baba Fasiuddin, Deputy Mayor, GHMC and expressed his happiness by visiting Hyderabad once again and in exchanging views on the developments of the two cities. He was impressed with the rapid development of the State in Information Technologies, infrastructure, transportation (metro rail), gardening under flyovers and particularly creating good atmosphere for investments in Hyderabad city from abroad, he added.
There are similarities in cultural activities like Bathukamma Festival, there in Japan they also celebrate flower festival etc. While discussing with the team, Baba Fasiuddin said from long back India has good relations with Japan and recalled that in fact Japan has helped late Subash Chandra Bose, who established Azad Hind Fauj, an armed force formed by Indian nationalists in 1942 during World War II. Its aim was to secure Indian independence from British rule.
