Hyderabad, May 28 (Munsif News): The state government will host the Ramzaan Iftaar Dinner at L.B. Stadium on June 8 in which the Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao will participate. Along with this in 800 Mosques throughout the state including in Hyderabad, iftaar dinner will be hosted on the same day.
The Deputy Chief Minister (Revenue ) Mohd Mahmood Ali who has held the review meeting with the Advisor to Minorities Welfare department A.K. Khan, Wakf Board Chairman Mohd. Saleem, Secretary to Minorities Welfare Department M.Dana Kishore, GHMC Commissioner Janardhan Reddy, Commissioner of Police, Anajani Kumar, Mahesh Bhagwat and other senior officials, at Secretariat, today for making arrangements at LB Stadium and for maintaining traffic regulation, law and order and also for the other arrangements such tents, supply of drinking water, lightning etc.
In the meeting it has also come to a discussion on another event of Fish Distribution at Exhibition ground, on this the Deputy Chief Minister said that both the events can be held, he said arrangements will be made for both the events .
The Deputy Chief Minister said, that iftaar dinner and distribution of 3 pairs of cloths to the poor families of Muslims will take place in 800 mosques (400 in Hyderabad and 400 mosques in the districts). each packet of gifts consists of 3 pairs of cloths. Rs. 1.00 lakh will be given to each mosque for Iftaar party. The Gifts packet will be sent to the Mosques from May 31 so that it will be convenient for the beneficiaries for stitching the cloths so tht they can wear on Idd day.
The Minister for Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries, Talasani Srinivas Yadav who has been elected from the Sanathnagar Constitutency has also hold separate Ramazaan arrangement meeting for his Constituency and instructed the concerned officials to make all arrangements. (Munsif News)
